History of DATC
Dive Around the Clock was created in 2006 by Kyle Larson and Larry Trenda. They created a legacy in an event that brings the dive community together for a great cause no matter shop affiliation, club affiliation, or experience level. Since DATC's inception, volunteers and divers from all around the world have been coming together as a community to enjoy the deep waters while raising money to fight children's cancer. In 2016 Larry and Kyle passed the torch of leadership to Courtenay Brimer and Cory Johnson, who continue to build on the foundation of our founders and bring divers of all abilities and affiliations together every year.
Our Beneficiary: Seattle Children's Hospital
Year after year, ALL funds raised by DATC volunteers and divers go directly to benefit pediatric cancer research at Seattle Children's Hospital.
Over $300,000 raised
By devoting your time and energy through raising awareness and money, you become a voice for children all around the world who suffer from cancer. Donations go directly to the children's hospital where they are used to incline research initiatives and have helped lead to innovative treatments, new discoveries and faster cures.
